4:53, in case it's useful-- under "general questions" I noticed they're also comparing notes on how many interviews people have. As for development, the max I know about is smaller than the max you know about (I know someone with 12).
Also, 3:49--I noticed that under "general questions" someone said s/he heard that LSE decided to skip AEA interviews, and go straight to fly outs. S/he also reported that LSE had already contacted their candidates.
Also, 3:49--I know someone who's heard from Berkeley Ag Econ, but I don't know anyone who's heard from Berkeley Econ (are they even hiring in development?)
This position did not make it into the December JOE in time. I know several of the people in this group (Disclaimer: I am not at ASU) and it is a very friendly and inviting position, perfect for someone who is interested in inter-diciplinary work.

has anybody heard about any unusual recent developments regarding the michigan state development job? (someone just told me a weird story, which i'm not sure whether to believe)
my interview was cancelled as someone "unexpectedly accepted an offer". fair enough, i suppose. it was a strange search, in that it started way back in early fall.
